Thank you for reading our Privacy Policy, which is an agreement between you and PowerBrowserTools, and its officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives, internal operating units, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, sublicensees, successors and assigns. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and governs your use of our Services, as defined in our Terms. Any capitalized terms in this Privacy Policy will have the definitions set for in the Terms.

On occasion, we might revise or update this Policy. If we do, we will post the changes to the Policy on our Website and update the “Last Updated” date on the top of this page.


A. The Types of Information We Collect

When you visit our Website or use our Services, we may collect:

1. Your internet protocol address, browser, non-precise geolocation (city, state, zip code), operating system, and information about how you navigate sites and links you click. We use this information to deliver targeted ads and analyze patterns across browsing sessions. With this information, we can create profiles for targeted advertising and service improvement.

3. We never not intentionally collect information such as social security numbers, biometric data, or financial data

Our Services do not track users when they cross to third-party websites and do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

Our Services are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. To ensure security, we must verify your identity and confirm the personal information associated with you, which may require additional details depending on the type of request. We may use a third-party verification service to assist in this process.

We cannot process or respond to a request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Depending on the jurisdiction, limitations may apply to how often access requests can be submitted within a 12-month period, and we may have the right to decline requests that are unfounded, excessive, or otherwise not considered reasonable within that jurisdiction’s standards. If we deny your request, we will explain the reason and provide information about any rights to appeal. We strive to respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.


I. How to Exercise Your Privacy rights

To exercise your privacy rights, including the rights to access, delete, correct, and limit personal information as described below, please submit a request through our Privacy Request Center.

If you with to opt out of the use of non-essential tracking or cookies, you can do so through the Privacy Request Center or by clicking the “Your Privacy Choices” link on the footer of our website. If you delete your browser cookies or use a different browser to use our Services, you will need to opt out again.

If you have downloaded our Software and wish to stop receiving sponsored content, you can also simply uninstalling the extension using the uninstall instructions in your Chrome, Firefox, or Edge browser (typically by clicking the three dots at the top right of your browser window, but this may vary depending on your browser type)

Certain states may allow residents to appeal a denial of a privacy-related request. If we decline to process your request, you may have a right to appeal by emailing . We may reject your request for appeal if the state in which you reside does not allow a right to appeal.
